On Monday afternoon, the 5-and 6-year-old girl and two boys were in the structure of the townhouse community in South Glens Falls when it fell off the stake holding it.
Officials said the girl fell in the air near the door and had a slight scratch.
When the boys fell, they said, the bounce house was about 15 feet from the ground.
One fell on the parked car and the other on the asphalt.
Both were hospitalized Tuesday morning.
Information on their injuries and circumstances has not yet been released.
