Our inflatable bounce is suitable for Child Games due to its high flexibility. Material:
Best material is very important for games. All inflatable games are made by high durability fire-retardant PVC Tarpaulin, which has 3 layers, two coated side with a strong net inside. The flame retardant meet BS7837. And the material has improved by the SGS.
Stitching:
We double stitching everywhere, with fourfold stitching at bottom stress point. Double stitching inside and double stitching outside make sure the inflatables strong enough.
Printing:
We mainly have digital print, silk print and hand painting. We imported the Korean painting machine, it prints quickly and in good quality. The quality of print ink also meets the standard of SGS. Further more, we make a liquid protecting film on the surface of digital printing, the liquid protection is also imported. The high level painting makes product will not be sticky and color fade, but sustain a long time.

1. External CE blower spec. 220V, 50HZ, 1.5HP,plug can be customized.
2. External UL blower 110V, 60HZ for USA area, plug can also be customized
Deflation:
We make enough air out zipper for each game according to the requirement of EN14960. So they can help you deflate the inflatable more quickly. We do reinforcement for all the zipper joints, and above the zipper, there is a zipper cover by vel cro material which is help to disperse the zipper's stress. We may also make a inside PVC piece to protect the zipper.
Strong package bags :
We spread air out to help deflation before roll the game, then put a band belt outside to tie it. We will use tarpaulin bag which is same material as the games to package the units. So the packages will not be frazzled during delivery process. For big units, we will make extra handle band outside of the packages. In order to let you find your goods quickly, we will paste a mark paper with your order number.

1.Material Brand:
Best material is very important for the games. All inflatable games of Tonle Inflatables are made by high durability fire-retardant 18OZ Tarpaulin, which has 3 layers as you can see from picture No.1, two coated side with a strong net inside. The flame retardant meet BS7837.
2.Sewing Technology:
Triangle structure, all of our floors use floor strips for addintional reinforcement.Tonle Inflatables will make reinforce strips at the bottom joint and each corner details. So when the kids bounce on the games, you do not need to worry about the safety at all. As the bottom can bear the kids no matter how they play on the games.A lot of cheap product do not make this technology, that will be make the product lifetime not enough 1 year.
3.Safety Flap:
On the inside of every inflation tube lies a simple vinyl flap that is designed to flop closed if air flow is interrupted, thus slowing the loss of air.
4.Safety Net:
Most inflatable game manufacturers use right side 5mm fabric netting or bigger size hole safty net. A child bouncing can easily catch their fingers in that size of netting, thus serious injuries can happen. Fabric netting is not strong enough, easy deformation, wet and broken when long time use. Only we employs unique netting that only 2*2mm hole, even a small child's finger cannot penetrate, the net is also waterproof and flame retardant, Yet, the netting is still transparent enough to allow for easy viewing.
